Just wanted to tell you how pleased our group was with the hotel. I brought 12 women from the US for a tea tour of England. We stayed at the Gainsborough and found the accommodations very nice, the location excellent, and the staff was terrific. We will be using the hotel again for future tours. We loved being able to walk to Harrods and the Victoria and Albert Museum, and found several of the restaurants nearby to be a wonderful value.

I just wanted to thank you very much for all the hospitality of both you and your staff at the Gainsborough Hotel. My stay in London at your hotel was quite comfortable, which has made my travel more enjoyable. Any messages to me was passed correctly and promptly everyday, which was quite important for me, but sometimes difficult to find even at big & famous hotel chains in the world. Checking out in the early morning was no problem, and it was really helpful to me that I could have my breakfast in my room on that day. I should not forget to tell you, off course, that your notice of the train time table toward Heathrow Airport by e-mail had helped me a lot to plan my schedule before ahead. Hope that I will have a chance to visit London and stay at one of your hotels again in the very near future.
